How We Work
We have tried to ensure that our services are easy to use. Below are the few steps you have to follow in order to start using our services.
1) Register to use our site
Register here. You may also change your password to a user-friendlier one here after registering.
2) Enter the apartment details
Enter the address, size, photos, available facilities etc of all the properties that you have for rent. You may modify these details anytime. You may also view the details of your property, as it will appear on the Internet.
3) Start receiving bookings
Whenever anyone books your apartment, we will notify you immediately by SMS (to your mobile phone) and email.
4) Payment
We collect all payment from the client/tenant. At the end of the tenant(s) stay, we pay 75% of the fees to you, with 25% commission going to us.
